If you join Motor Republic you’ll work face to face with local businesses and consumers to provide a market leading level of customer support backed up by compelling leasing deals with low monthly payments and an experienced Head Office team who coordinate all the funders that provide finance to your clients.
You’ll be working in a professional capacity with business owners and the public, so as you may appreciate, everyone you meet is a potential client whether they are your next door neighbour or a nearby business. Your customers will typically lease vehicles over a 2,3 or 4 year period which means at the end of each period you can look forward to repeat business, as each year goes by that residual income increases creating a potential income that is very significant compared to most other franchises available. You can work form a home base which means your overheads will be minimal and your net profit is a very high percentage of your turnover.
Your local marketing efforts will be complemented by our own sales and marketing campaigns and you’ll receive every lead and enquiry from an exclusive area that is yours from day 1. Every franchisee follows a carefully structured marketing campaign which includes online and offline marketing, direct sales, e-shots, direct mail, telemarketing, local events and exhibitions, networking clubs and groups and of course some cold calling, lead and referral follow ups.
Motor Republic’s Head Office provides the technical expertise behind your customer facing activities, and manages the panel of funders and special offers from manufacturers. You’ll be trained at the outset to a high level so that you understand all the different types of funding available and how to create quotes and generally win business. On an ongoing basis you’ll also be professionally trained, adding skills and knowledge in different sectors as you progress. The company will be with you every step of the way providing physical and remote support to you and any staff you employ, and because commissions are shared we have a vested interest in your success.
You don’t need to come from an automotive or financial background because the role of a franchisee is easily taught and the Head Office team can answer every question you have and guide and support your day to day activities. You will however need to have the ability to get on with people from all backgrounds and at all levels and possess a sales and marketing mind set.
